Buy a pass for the 50^th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia

Online sales of passes for the 50^th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia have started. You can purchase your pass via the website: https://system.festiwalgdynia.pl. A pass is a personal ID entitling you to entry to film screenings (after prior online booking) held at the Helios cinema in the Riviera Centre, the Gdynia Film Centre and on the New and Chamber stages of the Musical Theatre. A pass costs PLN 380. Online sales of passes will continue until 20^th September 2025 inclusive or until the batch is exhausted. The Organiser does not accept returns of purchased passes. There is also no possibility to exchange the pass for an accreditation.

DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE SALES OF PASSES

• The sales of passes start on 5^th August 2025 at https://system.festiwalgdynia.pl.
• A pass costs PLN 380 and it comes with 20 points (1 point = 1 screening).
• The payment for the passes must be made immediately after placing the purchase order using the electronic payment offered on the website (eService payment). Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
• The purchase of the pass will be confirmed by email within 4 days of the payment being credited to the Organiser’s account.
• The pass is personal, i.e. it is issued in the name and surname provided in the order form.
• When ordering a pass, please complete all required fields and attach a current portrait photo no larger than 2Mb, with minimum dimensions of 400×400 pixels, in PNG, GIF or JPG format, which will be used to identify the pass holder.
• Online sales of passes will continue until 20^th September 2025 inclusive or until the batch is exhausted.
• From 21^st September 2025, at 12:00 p.m., passes will be available for sale at the festival box offices located in the Helios cinema in the Riviera Centre (ul. Kazimierza Górskiego 2 in Gdynia).
• The Organiser reserves the right to end the sale at any time without giving reasons.
• The Organiser does not accept returns of purchased passes.

RULES FOR USING PASSES

• Admission to film screenings will only be possible after prior online booking a place in the auditorium. Reservations can be made after logging in at https://system.festiwalgdynia.pl.
• The pass does not entitle its holder to entry to screenings, press conferences or screenings on the Large Stage at the Musical Theatre, and does not entitle its holder to reserve seats for the Festival Opening and Closing Galas.
• A pass holder can only reserve one seat for a selected film screening at a specific time.
• Reservations for film screenings can be made from 8:00 a.m. on the day preceding the selected screening, but no later than 15 minutes before the start of the screening. The first day of the festival is an exception, for this day reservations open on Monday, 22nd September 2025 at 8:00 a.m.
• There will be staff on duty in front of each screening room with readers enabling identification and verification of reservations.
• Failure to cancel your reservation up to 15 minutes before the start of the screening and failure to attend the film screening will result in 4 points being deducted from your pass.
• Please do not be late for the screenings.

COLLECTION OF PASSES

A purchased pass may only be collected by the person in whose name it was issued, upon presentation of an ID card or other document with a photo. A pass can be collected at the Service Point in the Helios cinema in the Riviera Centre (ul. Kazimierza Górskiego 2) on the following dates:

• 21^st September 2025, 12:00 p.m.–08:00 p.m.
• 22^nd–27^th September 2025, 8:30 a.m.–08:00 p.m.

The Festival does not issue duplicates of passes
