Janusz Zaorski

Janusz Zaorski is a director, screenwriter and producer. He was born in 1947 in Warsaw. He graduated from the Directing Department of the Łódź Film School. In 1987 he was elected as the chairman of the Polish Federation of Film Discussion Clubs. Since 1988 he has been the artistic manager of Dom Film Studio. In the years 1987-1989 he was a member of the Cinematography Committee. He was the Chairman of the Radio and Television Committee (1991-1993) and the Chairman of the National Broadcasting Council (1994-1995). He is a football fan and passionate tennis player.
