Soap Opera

Far beyond the seas, lakes, rivers, and streams, in a land that smelled of fish and overflowed with tears, two sisters inherited the family fishmonger’s. The older one, Gerda, dreamed of a grand opening. The younger one, Gaja, floundered. She refused to live at the expense of other creatures and was determined to do whatever it took to stop the opening, which had attracted local business sharks and big fish.
