Time to Die

Time to Die

dir.

Dorota Kędzierzawska

2007, 1 h 44 min

Aniela is an old lady living in a ruined villa near Warsaw. After years of sharing her house with lodgers, she’s finally alone. She can feel at home again, but quickly realises that her son, Witek, is neither willing to move in with her nor to renovate her house. To make matters worse, he tries to sell it behind her back to a nouveau riche neighbour who complains that the ruin is blocking the view. Disenchanted and disappointed, Aniela takes matters into her own hands.
