These days, we live in a constant rush and hurry, which contributes to tension and stress. Task after task, it isn’t easy to stay in touch with ourselves. During the Festival, we want to encourage you to take a moment to stop and take care of yourself. That is why Centrum Psychologi i Wykonania, in collaboration with Filmoterapia, invites you to the Mental Point, where we will present a selection of breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques and teach you ways to build a bridge between the mind and the body. There will be an opportunity to practice and take a moment for yourself! The event is inspired by the activities of Sane Cinema, led by Louise Hojgaard Johansen.
