The whole problematics of “Permanent Objections” – as the director explains – can be put down to a search of a simple, stark biography of the universal motifs of human existence. In fact, you can summarise my idea in a following sentence: it is the search of a responsibility rule not in the institutions that inflict penalty or give awards but within yourself. So it is rather looking for an authonomy or enslavement within the confines set by ourselves. That is why in the plot of “Permanent Objections” prevails the rule of isolation, cutting-off of the realistic accessories and sceneries from entanglements of the everyday life. That is also why these seemingly trival, banal events gain overvalue and grow to be a symbol, a metaphor…
