Elżbieta Benkowska

Elżbieta Benkowska is a director, screenwriter and President of the Polish Filmmakers Association Young Filmmakers Club. Olena, her diploma film produced by the Gdynia Film School, received numerous awards, including a nomination for the Palme d’Or in the Short Film Competition at the 2013 Festival du Cannes. She later directed part one of the trilogy New World produced by Akson Studio. She is working on full-length films Orunia 4ever, which has already won her the SCRIPT PRO Special Award, and God’s Grace, written by Joana Didik.
