Accreditations, passes and tickets for the 51st PFF

To participate in the Polish Film Festival, you need to choose one of the three following types of entries:

  • ACCREDITATIONS – sales of the first batch of accreditations will begin on 7th July 2026 at 12:00
  • PASSES – sales of passes will begin in August 2026
  • TICKETS – ticket sales will begin in September 2026

The organiser does not accept refunds for purchased accreditations or passes. It is also not possible to exchange a pass for an accreditation , or an accreditation for a pass.

 



ACCREDITATIONS

 

Accreditations for the 51st Polish Film Festival in Gdynia will be sold in two batches.

Sales of the first batch of accreditations will begin on 7th July 2026 at 12:00 p.m. and will continue until the quota is exhausted. The prices for accreditations sold in the first batch are as follows:

  • MEDIA, INDUSTRY, OBSERVER accreditations – PLN 600
  • INDUSTRY student accreditation (for film school students upon presentation of a valid student ID) – PLN 300
  • BASIC INDUSTRY accreditation – PLN 150

Sales of the second batch of accreditations will begin in August 2026. The prices for accreditations sold in the second batch are as follows:

  • MEDIA, INDUSTRY, OBSERVER accreditation – PLN 650
  • INDUSTRY student accreditation (for film school students upon presentation of a valid student ID) – PLN 350
  • BASIC INDUSTRY accreditation – PLN 180

An accreditation is a personalised identifier entitling its holder to:

  • access all film screenings (prior online seat reservations required) – applies to MEDIA, INDUSTRY, OBSERVER accreditations;
  • enter all festival venues without the right to make reservations and occupy seats in screening rooms – applies to BASIC INDUSTRY accreditations;
  • receive a festival package containing festival materials – applies to MEDIA, INDUSTRY, OBSERVER accreditations;
  • make reservations for press screenings and conferences – applies to MEDIA accreditations;
  • participate in Gdynia Industry events – applies to MEDIA, INDUSTRY and BASIC INDUSTRY accreditations. OBSERVER accreditation holders may attend if space allows;
  • participate in Festival accompanying events, with the exception of closed events with personal invitations required for participation.

RULES FOR USING ACCREDITATION AT THE FESTIVAL

  • MEDIA, INDUSTRY, OBSERVER accreditation entitle their holders to participate in film screenings held in the Musical Theatre in Gdynia (Large, New and Chamber Stage), in Helios cinema in the Riviera Centre and the Gdynia Film Centre, prior to which the holder is required to make online seat reservations.
  • BASIC INDUSTRY accreditation entitles its holder to access all festival venues: the Musical Theatre in Gdynia, Helios cinema in the Riviera Centre and the Gdynia Film Centre (without the right to make reservations and take seats in screening rooms), participate in Gdynia Industry events and meetings with creators and other accompanying events, with the exception of closed events with personal invitations required for participation.
  • MEDIA, INDUSTRY, OBSERVER accreditations are programmed with 34 points (1 point corresponds to 1 film screening).
  • BASIC INDUSTRY accreditation is programmed with 0 points.
  • MEDIA, INDUSTRY, OBSERVER accreditations do not entitle their holder to make seat reservations for the Festival opening and closing ceremonies.
  • Only MEDIA accreditation allows press screening reservations.
  • An accreditation holder may book no more than one seat for a film screening within given time (the so-called screening block).
  • Seat reservations for film screenings can be made from 8:00 a.m. on the day preceding the screening until the screening time. The first day of the Festival is an exception. Seat reservations can be made from Monday, 21st September 2026, from 8:00 a.m.
  • An accreditation is supplied with a QR code for holder’s identification and reservation verification purposes. Permanent staff equipped with bar code readers will work shifts at the entrances to all screening rooms. Additionally, accreditations will be verified at each entrance to the Musical Theatre.
  • Failure to cancel reservation up to 15 minutes prior to screening time and failure to attend the film screening will automatically result in deduction of 4 points from the accreditation.

COLLECTION OF ACCREDITATIONS

Purchased accreditation can be collected only by an individual in whose name it was ordered, upon presentation of an ID card or any other document with a photo. Accreditations can be collected at the Festival front desk in the Musical Theatre (New Stage entrance) at pl. Grunwaldzki 1:

  • 20th September 2026, 3:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
  • 21st–26th September 2026, 8:30 a.m.–9:00 p.m.

The Festival does not issue duplicates of accreditations. Exceptions are made for justified cases.

 



PASSES – sales will begin in August 2026

 

A pass for the 51st Polish Film Festival in Gdynia is a personal ID entitling you to entry to film screenings (after prior online booking) held at the Helios cinema in the Riviera Centre, the Gdynia Film Centre and on the New and Chamber stages of the Musical Theatre.

Sale of passes will begin in August 2026. The price of a season ticket is PLN 380.

RULES FOR USING PASSES

  • Passes are programmed with 20 points (1 point equals one screening)
  • The pass does not entitle its holder to entry to press screenings and press conferences or screenings on the Large Stage at the Musical Theatre.
  • The pass does not entitle its holder to reserve seats for the Festival Opening and Closing Galas.
  • A pass holder can only reserve one seat for a selected film screening at a specific time.
  • Admission to film screenings will only be possible after prior online booking a place in the auditorium. Reservations can be made after logging in at https://system.festiwalgdynia.pl.
  • Reservations for film screenings can be made from 8:00 a.m. on the day preceding the selected screening, but no later than 15 minutes before the start of the screening. The first day of the festival is an exception, for this day reservations open on Monday, 21st September 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
  • Every pass is supplied with a QR code for holder’s identification and reservation verification purposes. There will be staff on duty in front of each screening room with readers enabling identification and verification of reservations.
  • Failure to cancel your reservation up to 15 minutes before the start of the screening and failure to attend the film screening will result in 4 points being deducted from your pass.
  • Please do not be late for the screenings.

COLLECTION OF PASSES

A purchased pass may only be collected by the person in whose name it was issued, upon presentation of an ID card or other document with a photo. A pass can be collected at the Service Point in the Helios cinema in the Riviera Centre(ul. Kazimierza Górskiego 2) on the following dates:

  • 20th September 2026, 12:00 p.m.–08:00 p.m.
  • 21st26th September 2026, 8:30 a.m.–08:00 p.m.

The Festival does not issue duplicates of passes.

 



TICKETS – sales will begin in September 2026

 

  • Ticket sales for the 51st Polish Film Festival in Gdynia applies only to single film screenings taking place in all festival venues, excluding the Large Stage of the Musical Theatre in Gdynia.
  • Online ticket sales will take place at https://system.festiwalgdynia.pl. Only regular tickets can be purchased online. Reduced tickets will be available for purchase only at box offices, after presenting a valid document ensuring a discount.
  • Tickets will be available for purchase off-site at the box offices of the Gdynia Film Centre and the Helios cinema in the Riviera Centre (from 20th September 2026).

PRICES OF TICKETS:

  • regular ticket – PLN 29
  • regular ticket for a screening in the Dream auditorium at the Helios cinema* – PLN 32
  • reduced ticket** – PLN 25
  • ticket for short film screenings – PLN 20
  • group ticket – PLN 18

* We do not sell discount tickets for screenings in the Dream auditoriums at the Helios cinema.

** Reduced tickets apply to children under the age of 12, teenagers over the age of 12 after presenting a valid school ID, students up to the age of 26 after presenting a valid student ID, people over the age of 60 after presenting an ID, people with disabilities and their assistants
