We know the winners of the Golden and Silver Lions, the Main Competition individual awards, and the winners of the Perspectives Competition and the Short Film Competition awarded at the Closing Gala of the 49th Polish Film Festival on Saturday, 28th September 2024 in the Musical Theatre in Gdynia.

The GRAND PRIZE – GOLDEN LIONS of the 49th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia for best film GREEN BORDER went to director Agnieszka Holland and producers Agnieszka Holland, Marcin Wierzchosławski and Fred Bernstein

The SILVER LIONS of the 49th Polish Film Festival for the film THE GIRL WITH THE NEEDLE went to director Magnus von Horn and producers Mariusz Włodarski and Malene Blenkov
