Bartosz M. Kowalski

Bartosz M. Kowalski was born in 1984 in Gdynia. He graduated from film schools in Paris and Los Angeles. Winner of the 2014 Script Pro screenwriting competition, he is the author of award-winning HBO documentaries and the controversial feature debut Playground, which had its world premiere at the San Sebastian IFF. For the last few years, he has worked with Netflix and directed commercial genre films for the streaming platform.
