In 2024 the Educational Film Studio is celebrating its 75^th anniversary. The work created over so many years by the Educational Film Studio comprises five thousand films and one thousand and two hundred festival awards.

Apart from nature films, educational films and films about art, the Studio specialises in the production of groundbreaking and artistically ambitious films. Many masters of Polish cinema began their careers here: Wojciech Jerzy Has, Krzysztof Zanussi, Zbigniew Rybczyński, Wojciech Wiszniewski, Bogdan Dziworski, Piotr Szulkin, Andrzej Barański, Juliusz Machulski, Krzysztof Ptak, Piotr Sobociński, Jacek Bławut, Marek Koterski, Jan Jakub Kolski. The Educational Film Studio produces valuable films, develops its own audiovisual

materials digitalisation line, holds film workshops and organises a well-known International Nature Festival.
