HOW TO USE YOUR FESTIVAL ACCREDITATION
All accreditation types enable you to participate in screenings in the Musical Theatre in Gdynia (on Large, New and Chamber Stages), in Helios cinema and at the Gdynia Film Centre, after placing a reservation online.
All accreditation types are programmed for 34 points (1 point corresponds to 1 screening).
Accreditation doesn’t enable you to reserve a spot on the Festival opening and closing galas.
Media accreditation is the only one enabling reservation for press screenings.
It is possible to reserve only one seat for a screening for any given time (the so-called hour block).
Seat reservations for screenings can be made from 8:30 a.m. on the day preceding the screening up until its start. The only exception is the first day of the Festival. Seat reservations for the first day’s screenings start on Monday, 18th September 2023 at 8:30 a.m.
Accreditation includes a barcode allowing for its owner identification and reservation verification. Each screening room entrance will be attended by staff with barcode readers. Additionally, accreditation will be verified at every Musical Theatre entrance.
Failure to cancel the reservation 15 minutes before the screening and to attend it will automatically reduce your accreditation points pool by 4 points.
