Awarded at festivals in Łódź and Kraków, the story of little Agatka and a pair of her faithful friends, Hamster and the Green Pencil. All three of them set off on an exceptional voyage on board a ship freshly-coloured by the girl. Travelling across the land of Agatka’s imagination, the friends will have great adventures together and face many dangerous situations.
The Happiness of the World
An exceptional tenement house in Silesia just next to the Polish-German border and its inhabitants: the beautiful Jewess Róża and three men infatuated with her – a Pole, a Silesian and a German. There are also two supporting characters: a journalist from Warsaw, bon vivant Sobański, Róża’s object of admiration, and Jan, a family friend. We meet the characters in the summer of 1939. The first part of the film ends with a dramatic war night.

The Innocents
Poland, winter 1945. A very young doctor, Mathilde Beaulieu, works at a hospital of the French Red Cross which is to find, cure and repatriate French citizens saved from German camps. A nun from a convent a few kilometres away appears at the hospital begging for help for a dying woman. The problem is a nun in
labour… It turns out that the nuns were mass raped by Red Army soldiers. The nun asks Mathilda if she could come to the convent in secret. The Mother Superior wishes to avoid scandal at any cost.
The Kidnapping in Tiutiurlistan
At a feast the kings of neighbouring lands start a conflict and declare war on each other. The army of Tiutiurlistan besieges the capital of Blablacja, bombarding it with beetroots, pasta and cherries.
The Last Family
Warsaw 1977. Tomek, the son of the famous painter Zdzisław Beksiński, moves into his own apartment. His parents live just nearby, in the same block of flats so they’re all in touch. Tomek’s oversensitive and worrying personality makes his mother, Zofia, anxious about him all the time. Zdzisław Beksiński tries to immerse himself in his art totally.
The Little Knight (series: Jim and Screw)
Jim and Screw grab wooden swords, mount a rocking horse and off they go to the Middle Ages. It soon turns out, however, that these were not very good times for knights. Honour means nothing, only money counts – they are told by a robber who dropped the knightly trade and now wants to marry a princess for her riches.
