Michał Janów

Born in 1978 in Żywiec. Graduated from Film Directing at the Radio and Television Faculty at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Currently he is attending  the documentary course at the Wajda School. He created the documentaries: “Słowo” (2006), “Wstecz” (2006), feature films “Garda” (2007), “Tamar” (2011) and „Dzień po jutrze” (2008) and the animated film “Peoples’ shadows” (2010). “Porter from the Mewa Hotel” is his diploma project.
