Cezary Harasimowicz

Screenwriter, actor. Graduate of the Acting College in Wrocław and of the Łódź Film School (screenwriting). His screenplays were the basis of a dozen or so films (among others The End, 300 Miles to Heaven, Bastard, Far from the Window, The Call of the Toad, The Lovers of Marona), TV series, theatre plays and radio programmes. Author of three published novels and short stories printed in popular magazines. He had his own column in a popular film magazine and his talk show on TV. Screenwriting lecturer. Author of a screenplay which won the American edition of the Hartley-Merril competition. He collaborates with the best Polish directors and producers, currently – with Paweł Pawlikowski and the Alvernia Studios. Member of the European Film Academy.
