It’s January 1940. Fifteen-year-old Magda is sworn in as a soldier of the Highland Brigade. Because of her skiing skills, she gets the task of leading airmen across the border into Slovakia. For Magda, who loves skiing, such missions are a cinch, even if she has to lead a group of two or three men,none of whom have ever skied, by herself.
