2:00-3:30 p.m ‘How to Apply to the PFI for Feature Film Funding?’

Training agenda:

Presentation on the purpose of Priority VI: Full-length Microbudget Feature Films Production. We will define a debutant and a beneficiary and discuss project characteristics, the producer’s own and in-kind contributions, the applicant’s obligations, the application schedule, the mode of recruitment, the list of attachments, the conclusion of the agreement, and the instalment schedule. During the presentation, the principles of applying for Priority II: Feature Films Production will be discussed in a case study.

 

3:30-5:00 p.m. ‘Settlement of PFI Grants Following Guidelines of the Film Production Operational Programmes. How to Control the Implementation of a Grant Agreement for a Film Production Project?’

Training agenda:

Presentation on accounting for a PFI grant in accordance with the Film Production Operational Programmes regulations and control of the implementation of a grant agreement for a film production project. During the presentation, the legal basis and rules for the settlement of a PFI grant will be discussed, as well as eligible costs and guidelines on filling in a report form with a list of attachments. In addition, the principles of controlling the implementation of a grant agreement will be presented.

1:00-2:00 p.m. ‘30% CASH REBATE HOW TO EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY APPLY FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT IN THE SO-CALLED ‘INCENTIVES PROGRAMME’?’

Training agenda:

During the meeting, PFI staff will present the rules for submitting applications for financial support, a so-called ‘incentive’, and discuss the most common mistakes made by Applicants.

 

2:00-3:00 p.m.  ‘30% CASH REBATE WHAT IS THE CORRECT PROCEDURE FOR SETTLING THE ACCOUNTS OF A PROJECT SUPPORTED BY THE SOCALLED ‘INCENTIVES PROGRAMME’?’ 

Training agenda:

A meeting devoted to settling the accounts of projects that received a so-called ‘incentive’. PFI staff will present the reporting
rules and discuss the most common mistakes made by Beneficiaries. 

 

3:00-4:00 p.m ‘Recoupment plan’

Training agenda:

 A discussion of a recoupment plan, i.e., a plan for the distribution of revenues from the exploitation of audiovisual work, taking into
account incentives and subsidies from the PFI.
