The Perfect Afternoon

2005, 1 h 30 min

Mikołaj, his girlfriend Anna and their partner Krzysiek own a small publishing house in the suburbs of Gliwice. In a few days, Mikołaj and Anna are getting married. The couple, though, can’t focus on preparations: after the failure of their first book, they’re looking for another text, this time hopefully successful. Mikołaj’s mother Teresa is visited in Warsaw by her ex-husband who lives in Wroclaw. He asks her to accompany him at their son’s wedding. After a long conversation, she says yes. Their trip to Silesia is a chance for reconciliation.
