Bartłomiej Ignaciuk was born in 1972 in Gdynia. He graduated from the Faculty of Painting and Graphic Arts of the Fine Arts Academy in Gdańsk. He was a scholarship holder of Schule für Gestaltung in St. Gallen, Switzerland. He is an illustrator, since 2004 – a director of series and feature films, music videos and commercials. He made his feature film debut with Taxing Love. He also directed series such as Usta Usta, Pati and High Water. He is a member of the Polish Film Academy.
