Filip Jakubowski is a directing student at the Łódź Film School. He graduated in photography from the Institute of Creative Photography in Opava. As a director rooted in visual arts, he focuses on experimenting with various easily disintegrating materials, creating constantly shifting points of reference. He has presented his films and works at the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen, Magnum Photos in London, the New Horizons IFF in Wrocław, Kraków Photomonth, the Night of Museums – Open Jazdów in Warsaw, and Different Worlds in Ljubljana.
