Patrycja Polkowska is a director and screenwriter. She graduated in directing from the Łódź Film School and in culture studies from the University of Warsaw. Her short documentaries and features were screened and awarded at festivals in Poland and abroad, including the Tampere IFF, the Ji.hlava IDFF, the New Horizons IFF, and the PFF in Gdynia. A two-time recipient of scholarships awarded by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, including the prestigious Young Poland Scholarship, she is currently working on her full-length feature debut, To High Heaven.
