Jerzy Rados is a director, screenwriter, photographer, and film producer. He is an author of documentaries, music videos, TV programmes, and group photos of urban residents and representatives of various social groups. He produced much-awarded short films: The Mother (dir. Łukasz Ostalski), Grandma’s Day (dir. Miłosz Sakowski), Tenderness (dir. Emilia Zielonka), and Time to Go (dir. Grzegorz Mołda). He is a co-creator and director of the Gdynia Film School, creator and coordinator of the Pomeranian Film Workshop, and director of the Leszek Kopeć Gdynia Film Centre.
