Tomasz Wróbel was born and raised in Katowice. He graduated from the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School and the Wajda School and won a scholarship from Lusófona University. He has gained directing experience on the sets of films and series (1670, Aniela, Glorious Summer, LARP, Dead by Dawn). He is currently working on his full-length feature debut titled Computer; its development is co-financed by the Polish Film Institute. He participated in Warsaw Next, a workshop organised by the Warsaw Film Festival, and New Horizons Studio+, a training programme during which he received the Producers Guild of Poland Award.
