Michał Łukowicz is studying at the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School in Katowice. By training, he is a lawyer and Polish philologist, with a PhD in literary studies. He has won numerous awards at international and national short film festivals. His short film Tennis Mortis was screened at the 2024 PFF in Gdynia and received accolades at festivals worldwide. His latest short film, Pozowane, won the main prize at Ziemia Obiecana, a competition organised by TVP.
