Kamila Tarabura

Kamila Tarabura is a director and screenwriter. She graduated from the Warsaw Film School and the Wajda School. Her debut, Into the Night, won the Best Live Action Short Film Award at the 2020 Warsaw Film Festival and triumphed at the Kyiv IFF Molodist, where it received the Ecumenical Jury Award and Special Mention of the Jury. With Nina Lewandowska, she worked on a six-episode series for Netflix Absolute Beginners, which brought them nominations for the 2023 Polityka Passports. Kamila honed her skills under the guidance of experienced filmmakers. She assisted Claire Denis on High Life and was the second director of Agnieszka Holland’s award-winning Green Border.
