Zofia Haciska

A second-year student of Polish Navy High School No. 3 in Gdynia who took third place in the 7th edition of the Film Knowledge and Social Communication Competition. She fell in love with cinema at first sight of Quentin Tarantino’s films: Pulp Fiction, Mad Dogs, Kill Bill… Over time, she found that cinema allows people to express themselves and address uncomfortable or taboo subjects. She is most interested in the effect of sound on the perception of a scene and how it affects the psychological portraits of characters. After graduation, she plans to apply for the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
