Mrs. Celina is a single, jobless spinner who takes a loan to open a fast food bar. Mr. Roman, a divorcée worker without a regular job, helps her in this enterprise. But even though the menu is splendid – herring, tripe, chicken thigh, canned beer and vodka – there are hardly any guests. Mr. Roman concludes that the local needs promotion, so he puts an appropriate banner by the road, but instead of clients, it brings bandits who demand protection money from the owner. Luckily, Mr. Roman doesn’t hesitate to stand up for Mrs. Celina.
