Police inspector Marek, a man on the verge of mental disintegration, struggles to solve a complicated criminal case. The action takes place on two temporal planes. The first one accounts for the action, the second – for the emotional state of the main character. We investigate the deepest corners of Marek’s consciousness asking questions like what is real and what not, where is the line dividing reality from our interpretation, what gives purpose to suffering and what really matters in life…
