19-year-old Wojtek lives in Silesia. He was raised without a mother in a place where the world is grey. Among closed coal mines and poverty ghettos, it’s hard to believe in the future. Even love is harder here. The boy fell in love with Katiya, an older Ukraine immigrant with a child, and is ready to do whatever it takes to legalize her stay in Poland. But the world of illegal boxing fights, small theft and debt recovery closes it circles around his neck. The more he fights for a better life of his girlfriend and her child, the lower he sinks. How much will he sacrifice to break the vicious circle? Will he save what’s most important?
