Strawberry Wine

It’s not a film about love, though, love plays its part. It’s not a crime fiction, though, the main character is looking for a murderer. It’s not a comedy of manners, though, the colorful province is compelling. It’s not a musical, though, sensual Lubica expresses her longing with a dance. It’s not a ghost story either, though, a ghost has a chat with the main character. A few sips of strawberry wine take us to the magical world of the real center of Europe. Here, love, crime and atonement are the natural elements of life just like the seasons, birds leaving for the winter or a constant gurgle of a mountain stream.
