The Downtrodden – Polish Film Festival

Oli and Bal are friends for better or for worse, but mostly for worse since no-one would like to live their lives. Both of them are homeless and every day, striving to find some money to buy booze, they wander staircases and railway stations begging. The men have a lot of time so they tell each other how did they end up having nowhere to go, what happens with their families and what are their dreams. The trust they have in each other gives them the sense of security. But there comes the day which puts an end to this journey and the apparent peace.
