The adaptation of Wojciech Kuczok’s short story "Zianie". Krystyna Nędza (Iwona Bielska) is a Polish teacher known as Kurwa Nędza. Beneath the mask of repelling spinsterhood, she holds tender feelings towards her colleague Janusz (Jacek Romanowski). Every night she goes back in her memory to a few exciting moments they spent at a student trip to the mountains. This long romantic-erotic fascination with Janusz leads to a tragic end which will make Nędza rethink all her previous life.
