Zbyszek dropped out of university and came back home. In his village he is known as “the Prince”. The credit for this title, or rather a nickname, goes to his father – a drunkard who claimed that he was a descendant of the Vistulans, an Old Slavic tribe. The alleged title isolated Zbyszek from his peers. Now, after so many failures, Zbyszek comes back and his misery brings him closer to other people.
