TRUTH, GOOD AND BEAUTY. A FILM ABOUT BOHDAN PORĘBA

Director Bohdan Poręba was great once – he attrated crowds to cinemas, won prizes and managed a film crew. For years, he was also a member of the Polish United Worker’s Party, the head of the Grunwald Patriotic Union and, during the martial law, Samoobrona political party’s candidate to Sejm. Everything he did in life – he says – he did in the name of the truth, good and beauty. And for these values he fights today. „Truth, Good and Beauty. A Film About Bohdan Poręba” is an attempt to show the things sometimes hidden behind beautiful slogans and spirited promises.
