"Stas the Latecomer" is, as the title suggests, a tale about the troubles of a sensitive boy who contends with the problem of punctuality. Called "the latecomers leader" by his school friends, the boy has to face his weaknesses. The film, didactic in nature, places emphasis on the positive transformation of the protagonist whose twists and turns are supposed to warn the youngest viewers.
