Wartime Portraits: Jan Zumbach

A docudrama series on the fates of the WWII heroes, comprising of archival materials, interviews with experts and feature sequences: shots in the style of comic-book frames where the live actor is connected to the set drawn by hand by comic-book authors. The protagonist of the episode presented is Jan Zumbach, a Polish Air Force flying ace, commander of the legendary No. 303 Polish Fighter Squadron and later the Squadron Leader of the Polish Air Wing.
