Shells: the film about happiness

In winter, Alicja keeps all her plants in her flat and it looks like an African jungle. Snails, with whom Alicja maintains an unstable truce, nibble on her cultivation. She rents a room to Marcin, an enthusiast of aeromodelling. Looking for work he stumbles upon an interesting offer from a railway museum and getting the job becomes his life’s ambition. Alicja rents another room to a Ukrainian woman, Bilka, who’s recently split from her partner but is still emotionally addicted from him. The only place she can find comfort in is Alicja’s jungle.
