A cold morning in a mine. It is the first day of work of Krzysztof at the position of a director. To survive in the environment of blue collar workers, where he clearly does not fit in, he intends to keep the discipline the hard way. A sudden accident of one of the workers will put Krzysztof’s moral principles at trial. The protagonist will realise that it is easy to be decisive in good circumstances but it is hard to fight evil when the consequences can be dramatic to us.
