Broad Peak

Based on true events, a story of Maciej Berbeka – a legendary Polish Himalayan climber and member of the famous group of Ice Warriors who wanted to reach the peak of one of the most dangerous mountains in the world. In 1988, after a failed attempt at climbing K2, Berbeka takes part in an attack on the adjacent Broad Peak mountain top. The new destination is going to change his life in a way he would never have thought of. Twenty-five years later the Polish climber receives another chance to face the eight-thousander. A story about passion and incredible determination that pushes people towards a dangerous edge. It is also a touching story of love between Maciek and Ewa Berbeka.
