Iggy the Eagle – Polish Film Festival

In a futuristic world of birds that have forgotten how to fly, young Iggy the Eagle feels that wings are meant for more than just operating a smartphone. When Eve, an aviation enthusiast, joins his class, they discover an old book containing the forgotten history of their species. Inspired by its pages, they attempt to soar into the sky, despite everyone insisting that their dream is impossible. Yet, Iggy soon faces an even greater problem. His imaginary friend, Felix, doesn’t want to lose him to the real world, so he sends nightmares to haunt Iggy – but they spiral out of control. The line between reality and dreams is fading, and Iggy must choose between following his dream and staying in the familiar world. His decision may change not only his life but also the fate of the entire avian civilisation.
