A sensitive eighteen-year-old and a young gangster meet at a psychiatric hospital. She has been sent there by her parents, who don’t accept her oversensitivity. He’s under observation. Their casual acquaintance grows into something more — challenging and, in the opinion of many, doomed to failure.
