Thirty-four-year-old Olena arrives with her eight-year-old daughter, Kira, and her friend Tymur to collect the results of DNA tests confirming that her husband, Ilya, who has gone missing during the war, is dead. Confronted with the exhumed bodies of victims of Russian aggression, she must choose between the present and a world that has passed away.
