Quiet, peaceful village, a typical example of beauty and idyll of Polish countryside, which hides a dark secret. Two brothers, considered by their father as “the bad” and “the good one”, who has quarelled for many years, discover this secret and have to make up their minds: how to judge not only their father, but also their whole family, neighbours, country, and the history of their nation.
