Hyena
Thriller. Silesia. Mały, a teenage boy, lives with his mother. His father died in a coal mine accident. Around the house, there’s only post-industrial wasteland: scattered metal parts, machine junk and marshes covered with reed. They say that in the reed lurks hyena who hunts people. Every day, on his way to school, the boy has to fight fear. In a wooden shed lives a strange man – soon a friend who promises to protect the boy from the hyena in exchange for food. The man hides from someone and Mały helps him the best he can. But in a town nearby children start to disappear. When Mały’s school mate vanishes, the boy starts to suspect the loner.
