Małgorzata Hajewska-Krzysztofik is a theatre and film actress. She graduated from the Academy for the Dramatic Arts in Krakow, later became a lecturer there and currently teaches at the Łódź Film School. For twenty-eight years she collaborated with Helena Modrzejewska National Stary Theatre in Kraków and since 2016 she has been acting at Nowy Teatr in Warsaw. She has collaborated most frequently with Krystian Lupa (The Lime Works, The Siblings) and Krzysztof Warlikowski (Cleansed, Krum, Apollonia, Europa). She won numerous theatre and film awards, including Aleksander Zelwerowicz Award and two acting awards at the PFF in Gdynia for her roles in 33 Scenes from Life and Illusion. She was decorated with the Silver Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis.
