The Mercure Hotel is one of the key industry venues for the Polish Film Festival in Gdynia. It is here – in the Omega Room – that events linked to Gdynia Industry take place, an initiative organised specifically for representatives of the Polish audiovisual industry. It is a venue for networking, meetings, workshops, consultations, debates and the Gdynia Campus initiative, which is aimed at students.
There is also a Help Desk at the Mercure Hotel.
The hotel also serves as the Festival’s conference centre. It is here that press conferences are held, since the 50th PFF, these have been moved from the Warszawa screening room at the GFC to the Finn room at the Mercure Hotel. Right next door, in the Europa room, is the Press Office, which is available to assist journalists. There, you can also book the Opal room, which is designated for interviews.
The hotel’s basement is also home to the famous Piekiełko club, which hosts a different musical act every day of the Festival.

You can get to the Mercure Gdynia Centre Hotel by:
1. car – there is an above-ground car park in front of the Mercure Hotel,
2. city bus – the nearest stops:
- Świętojańska Street – Infobox 01 i Wybickiego 02 (300 metres from the entrance to the building),
- Władysława IV Street – Armii Krajowej 01, 02, 03 i 04 (450 metres from the entrance).
