Witold Gombrowicz City Theatre is the host of two galas during the 51st Polish Film Festival. The large stage of the City Theatre serves as a venue for two events - Polish Film Institute Awards Ceremony, followed by a banquet, and the Young Gala.

You can get to the City Theatre:
- By car - On Bema Street, in the vicinity of the City Theatre, there are overground and underground car parks.
- By city bus - the nearest stops:
- Świętojańska Street - Traugutta Street 01, 02 (approximately 250 metres from the entrance to the building)
- Świętojańska Street - City Hall - Świętojańska 01 (300 metres from the entrance to the building)
- Władysława IV Street - City Hall - Władysława IV 02 (400 metres from the entrance to the building)
Parking
Overground car park
There is an overground car park along Bema Street and between the City Theatre and Gdynia City Hall. The distance between the car park and the entrance to the building is approximately 80 metres. Parking spots are part of the City Centre Paid Parking Zone. Parking tickets must be purchased from the nearby parking meters.
Underground car park
A paid, underground car park is located beneath the Central Park (the entrance is located on the Partyzantów street). The distance between the car park and the entrance to the building is approximately 300 metres.
