The action takes place in breakthrough years 1988/1989 when everyone still remembers the state control over the citizens and police apparatus, though, they also hope that the oppressive system disappears in the past. Andrzej, an officer of the ministry of internal affairs, and Anna, a prostitute recruited to co-operate, both have a criminal past.
