Located in a small flat in the Warsaw'w Saska Kępa, a group of female consultants answer over 400 phone calls from children from all over Poland. Fear of an airplane accident, a split-up with a boyfriend, an alcoholic father, an exhibitionist teacher, sleepiness resulting from a recent swallowing of a dozen of pills - the consultants of the 116 111 Helpline have to be able to face all the problems of children.
