WORKSHOPS: EQUALITY IN AN AUDIOVISUAL INDUSTRY FREE FROM VIOLENCE
In our efforts to counter all forms of violence, workplace bullying, discrimination and other forms of abuse in the Polish audiovisual and creative sector, we consistently strive to develop systemic equality education and create a safe, inclusive and ethical working environment. We invite you to take part in the Women in Film workshops, which offer a practical tool for bringing about this change. They provide a space not only to gain knowledge, but above all to practise specific ways of responding to difficult situations, recognising abuse, setting boundaries and building relationships based on respect. As part of this year’s edition, we will visit Gdynia, Kraków, Katowice, Warsaw and Poznań, reaching both the academic community and professionals working in the film
and creative industries.
The first workshops will take place in Gdynia during Gdynia Industry, as part of the 51st Polish Film Festival.
